Pilot Mountain
On Saturday Brent and I went hiking at Pilot Mountain. It's about a 1.5 hour drive and is only 5 miles from Hanging Rock.
And while the trails were sometimes pretty,

some of them were really well marked or very clear on where to go, while others had no signage at all and we got lost for a while. There were plenty of places to go bouldering, but unfortunately it wasn't allowed (there were signs everywhere and we kept running into rangers or other people), so clearly, this wasn't one of my favorite places. We hiked around for somewhere between 10 and 12 miles. Their "strenuous" trails were no where near strenuous. There were only about 2 good views, and there wasn't access to the top of the mountain...you could only take the trail that went around the bottom of the rock section. So here we are at the "top" (I guess I should say "around the bottom of the top") of Pilot Mountain.
Okay, so we weren't angels all the time, so here's a really good picture of Brent on top of an illegally bouldered rock (unfortunately my picture didn't turn out nearly as well):
